  • Develop and generate sales for industrial modules, manifolds, and power units to achieve Bosch Rexroth business goals
  • Develop, engineer and quote solutions (systems) for quotations for repeat, configurable and small/medium buildtoprint Industrial Power Units and Manifold assemblies
  • Collaborate, as necessary, with sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, logistics, etc. within Bosch Rexroth locally & worldwide to create market and customerspecific products and solutions
  • Ability to interpret customer specifications, assist with component selection and development of system circuits
  • Coordinate order turnovers including bills of materials, hydraulic circuits and technical specifications
  • Project management of industrial power unit and manifold orders
  • Conduct reviews of purchase orders received vs quotations issued
  • Coordinate schedules and delivery requirements
  • Monitor project budgets
  • Facilitate and coordinate engineering and design effort for custom projects
  • Facilitate effective communication with sales & customer on proposals, design approvals, etc
  • Proactively address and resolve difficult customer issues and complaints
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the Sales organization
  • Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering / technical field from an accredited institution (ex. CHEA)
  • High degree of accuracy and efficiency in performing complicated tasks with mínimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software
  • Ability to establish and develop business contacts
  • Excellent negotiating, interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
