Our Warwick, RI branch is looking for a high energy, team player that thrives in a busy environment, to be our Service Scheduling Specialist.

In this role, you will be working with American Alarm customers, technicians and staff from all of our branches.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming service calls, be able to meet the customer's need or resolve any customer issue
  • Coordinate the scheduling of daily service calls, quarterly fire inspections and returns to customers. Dispatches technician to customer related service calls.
  • Watch the schedule for changes such as the technician running late, rush jobs, and emergency jobs.
  • Contact all customers who need scheduling for wellness inspections. Coordinate scheduling and changes with Service Manager.
  • All aspects of service tickets processing.
  • Daily pull of tickets for next day.
  • Followup phone calls to customers on various mailings and projects.
  • Maintain F1 license renewal dates for technicians
  • Communicate with sales, technical staff, accounting to accommodate the needs of the customer to provide superior customer service.

Experience:

We are looking for someone that is team-oriented individual with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

You must have a proven track record of taking initiative and handling numerous priorities at once while providing superior customer support.

Must be proficient in computer skills and detail orientated.
