At DB InfraGO AG, we are looking for dedicated and open-minded *Guest Attendants* in Travel Management for the main train station in Magdeburg for the UEFA EURO 2024TM.

In this important position, you will assist our guests in navigating the station during the tournament and ensure a smooth operation on our platforms.

Starting on June 1st, 2024, we are looking for you in full-time or part-time, for a fixed term of 3 months, as a Guest Attendant in Travel Management at the train station (m/f/d) for an assignment with DB InfraGO AG through DB Zeitarbeit at the Stendal location.

*Your responsibilities:
  • You welcome and assist travelers during the UEFA EURO 2024TM
  • Your main task includes actively assisting passengers and ensuring optimal redistribution on the platform
  • Additionally, you are responsible for the efficient execution of boarding, transfer, and disembarkation assistance on the platform
  • You provide information on travel connections and all aspects of train travel
  • As a trusted person for our customers, you assist passengers with reduced mobility on the platform and provide first aid if necessary
*Your profile:
  • You have a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and additional foreign
