Administrative Assistant
in the Central Examination Office
(m/f/d)
Full-time and permanent position. The position is also suitable for part-time work.
Compensation is based on pay group 9a.

YOUR TASKS
- Organization of the examination process, in particular registration and admission procedures for exams, monitoring of grades and deadlines, correspondence, and issuance of certificates and diplomas
- Support of the examination committees and providing information and advice to students, examiners, committees, and officials in all matters within the scope of responsibility
YOUR PROFILE
Requirements
- Completed training as a clerk in public administration or equivalent professional knowledge
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken (at least level B2)
