We need you at our production site in Marburg as


Deputy Team Leader Filling & Lyophilisation (m/f/d):
in full-time. The position is temporary until June 30, 2024.


The Deputy Team Leader is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the assigned production group (in this case: shift team for filling & lyophilisation) in order to meet the key performance indicators of the department according to the production plan, quality requirements, and cost targets.


In routine operations, the production of meningitis and rabies vaccines is carried out in compliance with applicable guidelines and instructions (especially GMP and occupational safety) in the area of aseptic filling and lyophilisation.


Routine responsibilities:


  • Execution of all assigned tasks in compliance with GMP and occupational safety guidelines
  • Performance of work steps according to defined work, operating, and safety instructions
  • Working in classified clean rooms with appropriate hygiene clothing
  • Excellent documentation of performed tasks in accordance with GMP regulations
  • Proper cleaning, preparation, and disinfection of production equipment and rooms
  • Conducting inprocess controls and documenting them, as well as taking samples for final product testing
  • Performing productionrelated tasks such as booking in SAP, preparing and reviewing documents
  • Proper handling of biological and chemical hazardous substances, as well as sterile materials
