    Elmer's Home Services is on the hunt for an ambitious and self-motivated person to join us as our new full-time Plumbing Sales Technician Our San Antonio, TX team needs a go-getter who can complete quality plumbing services while generating additional sales.

    This role comes with a salary of $100,000+ per year and terrific benefits such as generous employer contributions on medical, dental, and vision, as well as PTO and a 401(k).     ABOUT US

    Our company has served the San Antonio area's HVAC needs for over 25 years. We just launched in DFW in 2023 and the Houston area in 2024. Our skilled and capable staff confidently assists customers with their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, service, plumbing, and repair needs. We work hard to maintain our reputation as the most professional and punctual HVAC & Plumbing team in town. Our reputation not only reflects the home services that we offer but also the support that we continuously have for our community. We chose the color pink to represent our company in honor of our owners' mother and all those who have bravely battled cancer. To this day, we strive to make a difference in our community by showing up and offering endless support for numerous organizations and charitable events throughout San Antonio.


    INS AND OUTS OF THIS PLUMBING SALES TECHNICIAN ROLE

    As our Plumbing Sales Technician, you build a rapport with customers while completing hands-on plumbing services. You troubleshoot and repair a wide range of issues, getting the system and all related components back in working order. As you work, you look out for opportunities to sell the client new equipment or system upgrades. You explain the benefits of these additional products to the customer and encourage them to approve the sale.

    Would you be a good fit? You just need to meet these requirements:

    • Texas tradesman or journeyman plumbing license
    • Working knowledge of ServiceTitan
    • Valid Texas driver's license
    • Ability to follow Elmer's training processes and procedures on every call, every time, all the time
    • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
    • Professional and courteous attitude, ability to follow safety policies, and willingness to participate in company-sponsored training
