Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary.
As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update office records, including filing documents and organizing files
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders and perform data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies
- Support project coordination efforts as needed
- Utilize computerized systems and software to perform tasks efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively

$ $24.00 per hour
