Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary.

As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update office records, including filing documents and organizing files
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide customer support and handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
  • Process orders and perform data entry tasks accurately
  • Assist with proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies
  • Support project coordination efforts as needed
  • Utilize computerized systems and software to perform tasks efficiently

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
