    The Position: Business Development Rep - Outbound

    We are hiring for an aspiring Sales professional to join our team on a full-time, direct basis; in particular, we are seeking a Business Development Rep to join our Business Development team. This person will serve as our first line of contact with potential clients in developing business opportunities for STRATACACHE: the funnel for our sales professionals starts here We use phone, email, video, social platforms, and other tools to reach out to our inbound and outbound leads this person is critical to ensuring that our leads are properly identified and qualified

    If you are successful, then this will be the beginning of your journey into one of the greatest digital solutions companies on the planet This will be a career move that can lead to several different paths: Lead Sales Development Representative, Marketing, Channel Sales, Enterprise Sales, Account Executive, etc. If you are successful in this role, then we will offer training and mentorship to advance your career accordingly

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Qualifying inbound opportunities using current sales methodology and collaborating with sales and marketing to give insights on current issues facing prospects
    • Generating new opportunities with outbound strategies and set strategy calls for the sales team, meet or exceed monthly metrics/KPIs
    • Articulating Stratacache's value proposition to prospects, taking detailed notes and storing them in the CRM
    • Track lead activity and closely manage your email inbox
    • Additional duties may be assigned, as needed.
    Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree is a plus
    • Previous experience with Salesforce and/or a Sales Engagement Platform such as Outreach, Salesloft, etc is preferred
    • High level of grit and determination, be confident, driven and able to produce results
    • Self motivated, independent worker who can also collaborate with a team
    • Ability to adapt to multiple campaigns and verticals
    • High comfort level with communication via phone, email, video and social media
    • Excellent oral and written skills and video presence
