Your responsibilities:


  • Support in the development and implementation of the company's strategy, as well as in the strategic development of the organization
  • Assistance in activities related to innovation management and strategy communication
  • Preparation and followup of workshops and management steering committees
  • Support in the design and implementation of communication systems and processes, such as datadriven marketing
  • Assistance in other projects in the areas of strategy, communication, and marketing
  • Collaboration with international partners and subsidiaries

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable field
  • First professional experience in strategy work and project management is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • High ability to structure and assert oneself
  • High social and communicative sensitivity
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Willingness to travel
  • Interest in the automotive industry and basic technical understanding
