- Runs reports that will be used for analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and quality assurance tasks as required to meet specific deliverables identified.
- Performs unit stat jurisdictional reporting.
- Compiles data; prepares and distributes reports both to internal and external customers.
- Produces reports utilized in measuring data accuracy.
- Assists in the completion of appropriate client set-up and maintenance.
- Extracts data and information based on plan and jurisdictional requirements.
- Gathers and prepares statistical data for reporting.
- Meets deadlines and manages work to timelines.
- Possesses an understanding of the TPA, processes and expectations
- Supports the organization's policies and programs.
- Assists in the implementation process of on-boarding a new client.
- Assists in the testing/mapping of data.
- Prints checks to payees and claimants.
- Issues 1099's to providers.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned by her/his manager.
- 2 years insurance systems experience, high school graduate.
- Workers' compensation experience helpful.
- Ability to evaluate data.
- Ability to coordinate diverse situations.
- Organized, with ability to manage work involving large volume.
- Understanding of claims management technology applications.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Strong systems skills
