As the Head of Sales for the USA you are responsible for the further development of the strategic policy in the short run and in the long run who will carry out the values, mission, and vision of the company.
In collaboration with the Country Manager, you will be responsible for adapting and leading all global sales strategies and processes into the country. You will be instrumental in driving and executing the country's sales delivery and have the responsibility for the country's sales forecasting.
You will have the Leadership of the local sales team.
