We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Director to join our team. As the Youth Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various youth programs and activities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the kids in our community.

Develop and implement engaging and ageappropriate programs for youth
Coordinate and supervise activities such as sports, after school programs, enrichment programs and youth leagues
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during program hours
Manage behavior management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive environment
Collaborate with other instructors to plan and execute programs for K thru 8th grade kids
Maintain accurate records of attendance, program participation, and incident reports
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding program updates and child progress

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

You must love working with kids first, and sports second
Experience working with students in an educational or recreational setting is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is a huge plus
Be safe, but fun and energetic
Ability to lead physical education activities and promote healthy lifestyles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with youth, parents, and staff members
Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate multiple programs simultaneously
