Job Duties:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Scholar State College, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including assigning tasks, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards. Occasionally, take a small board of rooms to assist Guest Room Attendants.
• Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Training and coaching housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest service.
• Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and coordinating with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and complaints, resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Collaborating with other hotel departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations, including room status and maintenance requests.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour


Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
• Hotel: 1 year (preferred)
