We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch. You will coordinate with creative designers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product releases.


Responsibilities:

• Product Launch Execution**: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of new product launches. Ensure all milestones are met according to the preset timeline.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate efforts between individual contributors from creative design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.

- Supplier and Vendor Negotiations: Directly engage with manufacturers, private label vendors, suppliers, and printers to negotiate contracts that ensure the best possible pricing and product quality.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of products from initial concept through to launch and post-launch analysis, making adjustments based on performance metrics and market feedback.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for product development projects, ensuring resources are properly allocated and expenses are kept within limits.

- Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this data to inform product development strategies and positioning.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the ecommerce or wellness products industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
