In the newly created position, you will lead a large interprofessional team of therapists. You report to the therapy management and participate in the overall strategic development of the rehabilitation center.
You are responsible for the organizational and administrative management of the department and work closely and trustfully with other professional groups.
In addition, you develop a modern interprofessional organizational concept for your department and provide important impulses for the introduction of new therapy concepts.
You ensure the proper implementation of therapy services offered in the department and ensure correct handling of state-of-the-art technology. You are also responsible for optimizing existing processes and organizational structures in your department.
In close collaboration with the medical management of the spinal cord injury center, you shape the conceptual development of the department and are a member of the interprofessional management team of the center.
You actively participate in the scientific work of the spinal cord injury center and represent the Murnau location in the committees of scientific and spinal cord injury societies.
Last but not least, you are responsible for the further development of your team with a focus on quality and employee retention.
