Psychiatrist Needed for Medical Director of Outpatient Services Role
Position: This role will serve as the Medical Director of Outpatient Services. The ideal
candidate for this position will have an entrepreneurial spirit, meaningful clinical and
operational experience, and thrive in a high-growth environment. The Medical
Director will hire, train, and coach clinicians, partnering with a cross-functional team
as we grow our outpatient practice, focused on measurement-based care, overall
patient wellness, and holistic family support. The right leader will enjoy serving
patients as well as leading a group of exceptional colleagues, leveraging their
previous experience to ensure success in the role. Board certification in psychiatry
and experience with outpatient psychiatry and quality improvement initiatives are
required. Leadership experience or a strong interest in leadership development and
comfort in being a prominent medical staff member is required.
Requirements:
: 5+ years of Outpatient
Psychiatry experience, clinical experience with SMI and SUD population, prior
leadership experience, must be Board-Certified in psychiatry
Compensation:
$275,000 base annually with opportunity for bonuses. Comprehensive benefits available.
