JOB SUMMARY

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm


This management position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing warehouse organization, put away of new inventory, consolidation of existing inventory, production support, stock check, and general support for all other areas of the department.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage warehouse layout and space, as directed by the needs of the business
  • Supervise the Inventory Support Associates, providing leadership and guidance at all times.
  • Ensure all incoming inventory is put away appropriately into either the Autostore or the bin and pallet locations around the warehouse
  • Ensure all bins and pallets are consolidated and packed efficiently
  • Ensure new bins are cycle counted and packed efficiently
  • Ensure stock check requests are handled in a timely fashion
  • Lead communication between production and receiving regarding warehouse and inventory processes and issues
  • Provide general support for all other areas of the warehouse as directed by management
  • Mentor new hires/transfers regarding all audit processes.
  • May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.

METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS


Inventory Support Supervisor will be expected to ensure all direct reports maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD).

Failure to meet this minimum level for a period of two consecutive months will result in MRS action.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent required

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Forklift licenses (as necessary)

OSHA 30 Authorization


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
  • Frequent walking
  • Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion
  • Lifting requirements include continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, occasional handling up to 100 pounds

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Introductory Review

  • Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue


  • Quarterly Reviews

  • Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.


  • Annual Reviews

  • Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a salary position.

The schedule for this position is an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies.

Employee is required to be available for overtime as needed.


WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting.

All employees are required to wear "Radwear" (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received.

OSHA approved and Company provided hard hats are required to be worn in Area 51/52 at all times. Closed toe, hard sole shoes must be worn at all times; safety shoes are recommended. Radwell ID Badge and Access cards must be worn. Employees must adhere to all Radwell Safety Requirements at all times (see safety manual posted online).
