    Responsibilities:

    Operational Oversight: Manage daily front desk operations including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.

    Staff Supervision: Lead and train front desk personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.

    Patient Flow Coordination: Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.

    Administrative Management: Handle administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, insurance verification, and payment processing.

    Issue Resolution: Address patient concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for swift resolution and improved satisfaction.

    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and organizational policies.

    Process Optimization: Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement strategies accordingly.

    Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with patients, staff, and management.

    Facility Maintenance: Supervise upkeep of reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Front Desk Manager or lead medical receptionist in a healthcare setting.

    Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.

    Customer Service: Strong focus on patient satisfaction and positive experiences.

    Organization: Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at multitasking and prioritization.

    Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

    Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address issues efficiently and find effective solutions.

    Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer systems, EMR software, and office applications.

    Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and insurance processes.

    Collaboration: Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
