Duties:


  • You will plan, coordinate, and execute intelligence operations associated with Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) or Joint Planning Groups (JPGs).
  • You will provide intelligence support to the Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) and other adhoc cyberspace planning efforts.
  • You will analyze, coordinate and monitor significant cyberspacerelated intelligence issues which impact the organization or which have leadership interest.
  • You will provide accurate and timely advice and recommendations to the Plans and Targets Officer in Charge, specifically concerning the conduct of intelligence operations, target nomination, and vetting and validation

  • You must acknowledge in writing that you are accepting an appointment in the DCIPS (excepted service) which does not confer competitive status, prior to appointment.

  • This position may require a 2year DCIPS trial period.
  • Travel required for contingency/exercise support, briefings, conferences, and training.

Qualifications:


  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.


Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, directing, synchronizing, and coordinating all aspects of intelligence analysis, production, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) to ensure efforts are performed to support operations planning and execution.

2) Coordinating with collection management and other Intelligence Community (IC) analysts while conducting contingency/deliberate planning and targeting support functions. 3) Establishing internal and external coordination procedures, adherence to policy and guidance on the development of all operationally related intelligence collection functions and support.

4) Ensuring intelligence requirements support the timely targeting, target de-confliction processes, political/military assessment, and addressing measures of effectiveness (MOE) and Cyber battle damage assessments (BDA).

PPP applicants will be placed at the Full Performance Level (FPL), if determined Well Qualified (WQ).
