Overview:
Duties:
Responsibilities include using Excel and Access, creating complex presentations using PowerPoint, creating charts and graphs using various database information. Other duties include assistance with training class schedules, ensuring proper classroom setup, creating surveys, and performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with conflict resolution and maintaining positive employee relations
- Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
- Assist with strategic planning initiatives related to talent management and organizational development
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement change management initiatives
- Support payroll processing by entering employee data into ADP or UltiPro systems
Qualifications:
Skills:
Two years experience
Education:
High School Diploma/ GED
Languages:
English Read Write Speak
Spanish Read Write Speak
Certifications & Licenses:
HIPAA
