At Louis, an apprenticeship means not only a lot of variety in different areas of the company and plenty of opportunities for advancement in the future.

It also means working independently, with your own responsibilities, and as part of a team.

Are you looking to impress customers with your knowledge, convince them with your advice, and make them happy with your smile? Do you want to learn how retail really works and what makes a Louis store so successful? Then you've come to the right place.

Over the course of three years, you will develop into a sales professional at Louis, with extensive knowledge of motorcycle clothing and accessories, and mastery of store operations.

And if you excel and have the desire, you can also complete the store manager trainee program afterwards or at a later time.

The apprenticeship begins in the summer of 2024. You will complete your practical training at a store near you. The apprenticeship lasts for 3 years, with the possibility of shortening it based on good performance.

Your responsibilities will include independently handling a variety of tasks such as customer consultation, receiving and presenting merchandise, and operating the cash register.

You will also learn about advertising, sales promotion, and staying up-to-date on trends.

In addition to vocational school, you will be prepared for your tasks in the store through courses at our in-house academy.
