    Description

    Role: ORACLE HCM Techno Functional with OTL Expertise

    Location: TAMPA, FL or Jersey City, NJ (Day 1 onsite hybrid Mandatory)

    12+Months

    Project: This is OTL implementation project so candidate needs to have in depth experience of Oracle OTL and must be TECHNO FUNCTIONAL.

    Job Description

    Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Support and enhancement project in US Payroll

    • The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & client IT, gather technical requirements, and develop solution.
    • The candidate should have a minimum two years of experience in Oracle Cloud - Payroll Implementation and/or support projects.
    • Should have working exposure on either Oracle Fusion absence or OTL .
    • Should have good understanding of Oracle Cloud - Payroll tables, experience in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting, as well as HDL.
    • At least 8 years of experience in IT
    • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects
    • Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support
    • Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US.
    • Should have good understanding on Oracle Payroll cloud tables.
    • Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution.
    • Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation
