Position Summary:

Therapy program managers work within partnered facilities, such as assisted livings, etc., supervising and managing the effectiveness of PCTG programming and staff within.

They oversee personnel and resource management, as well as adherence to facility and Bedrock/PCTG policies.

Responsible for the coordination and efficient operation of PCTG within ecosystem and partnerships, as well as organize and direct the services provided by Patient Care Therapy Group, and to oversee the personnel working under them.

Oversee all personnel issues within PCTG, include hiring new employees and evaluating current ones.

Create and implement policies, make work schedules, delegate assignments, manage training endeavors and generally supervise the efforts and productivity of all staff members to ensure competence and effective use of resources.

Coordinates with directors and department leads in within ecosystem.


Essential Functions:


  • Lead/manage the implementation and success of new and established PCTG and Bedrock Healthcare At Home partnerships and programming.
  • Develop and implement successful strategies regarding labor, regional growth, revenue growth, expense control, and quality of care services.
  • Determine therapy staffing needs within territories and work with RDO & VP of HR for approval of new hires.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and perform all new staff/program rollouts at new ALFs.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals within ecosystem to ensure patient needs are being met.
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure that they are providing quality care to patients.
  • Provide leadership to healthcare team through effective communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
  • Manage inventory of medical equipment and supplies to ensure proper operation of equipment and availability of supplies for patients.
  • Maintains indepth knowledge and understanding of Bedrock Healthcare At Home ecosystem.
  • Maintains quality care practices and upholds standards of care management practice.
  • Continue to support the vision, evolution and growth of PCTG and Bedrock Healthcare At Home programs and employees throughout the division.
  • Review budgets to determine the most efficient use of resources.
  • Partner with colleagues to create appropriate decision support tools, dashboards, and reports to guide operational improvements.
  • Develop relationships with community organizations and interdisciplinary team to promote healthy lifestyles among patients.
