We're currently looking for:
RingCentral is seeking a highly skilled Product Designer with a focus on AI to join our team. RingCentral is transitioning to a future where we deliver "AI first communications you can trust."

Job Duties:

Collaborate with product teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our product family and our various enduser audiences with a specific focus on AIdriven solutions.
Utilize extensive mobile app design experience to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
Produce productionready designs that are not only problemsolving and interactive but also enriched with visual design, motion, and transition mechanics that amplify the value of AI.
Serve as a key liaison with global engineering teams responsible for the implementation of designs.
Promote a culture of empathy for the enduser, aligning closely with business objectives.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to a broad audience within the organization.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

A proven track record of designing for AI first use cases across web, desktop and mobile platforms.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects, engaging with all levels of the organization with a strong point of view that is open to feedback and ideas from others.
Ability to run design workshops with cross-functional team members
Ability to guide, shape, and improve team practices, comfortable with vague requirements and turning them into solid projects.
You consider yourself a Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD ninja.
You feel comfortable working within and shaping the future of design systems.
Thorough knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices
A passion for design and innovation, understanding that culture is the foundation of success in UX.
You show proficiency across every stage of the design process, from gathering requirements to delivering visually engaging and delightful experiences.
You partner with PM and Engineering on defining scope, and delivering minimum lovable experiences with the intention to iterate and continually improve the experience, based on feedback from customers/users
Communication:

Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as needed.

You are a storyteller - you define the problem, help the audience empathize with the personas, and present solutions, that hit on those problem spaces.- Self-driven, passionate, and curious with a love for staying connected with partners.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the gaming industry, demonstrating the ability to create engaging user experiences.
Experience mentoring junior designers and running design workshops.
Ability to
Previous experience leading or mentoring other designers

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in HCI, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related discipline (Master's degree or equivalent work experience preferred).
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital product development such as apps, desktop, web, and/or digital ecosystems, with a specific emphasis on AI and mobile app design.
