WE ARE HIRING:


Join our team in Ludwigsburg and start as a (Senior) Purchaser (m/f/d) for residential construction as soon as possible in full-time.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You are responsible for procuring building materials and construction services.
  • You conduct tenders, compare offers and negotiate contracts and awards with our suppliers and subcontractors.
  • You continuously analyze the procurement market and identify new contract partners.
  • You maintain and qualify the existing network of partners and expand it nationwide.
  • You actively contribute to the development of our purchasing department and have personal leeway to create new structures and processes.

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • You are a specialist in purchasing and have gained experience in a similar position, alternatively you have previous knowledge in the construction industry, for example as a construction manager, and are open to a new challenge.
  • You convince with strong communication skills and possess excellent negotiation skills with corresponding assertiveness.
  • Knowledge of construction and contract law, as well as the VOB, and a good technical understanding complement your profile.
  • You show enthusiasm for innovative and sustainable topics such as Building Information Modeling, Lean Construction Management, woodhybrid construction or green and mobility concepts.
