About the role

  • You will lead your own installation projects to replace old heating systems with modern air-water heat pumps

  • You will be on the road in the Saxony/Thuringia region, visiting customers in a van equipped with the best tools and equipment

  • You will work alongside an apprentice or trainee who will support you and whom you will guide in daily tasks
  • You will also work closely with a team of planners, logisticians and
    customer service representatives who will support you during installations
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. We
    aim to make the installation process particularly efficient and well
