Hoyleton Youth and Family Services is currently seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Recovery Specialist to join our dedicated team in Fairview Heights, IL. While working in this specialist position, you have the opportunity to work closely with children and their families, providing support and guidance during their journey towards healing and recovery.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RECOVERY SPECIALIST
As a Behavioral Health Recovery Specialist, your day is a dynamic blend of education, support, and advocacy. You provide youth and parents with education and activities, aligning with CARE principles, while ensuring timely and thorough documentation of case notes. Your role involves clinical case staffing, trauma-informed assessments, and delivering support services in various settings. You actively address human trafficking, offering advocacy and support for survivors. Engaging in community outreach, managing referrals, and adhering to payer regulations, your day concludes with a sense of accomplishment in contributing to the recovery of those you serve. Certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, you adeptly handle crises with fidelity to the TCI model, actively preventing and de-escalating situations as needed.
