Fine Dining in the Countryside: We are looking for a chef

We are an independent establishment with 46 beds in holiday apartments and hotel rooms in a particularly beautiful location in the Mecklenburg Lake District.

GEO Saison named us one of the top 10 country hotels in Europe, and the SZ-Magazin highly recommends us. In our small restaurant, we cook straightforward and creative dishes for our mostly urban clientele. Our menu features freshly cooked dishes made with the best ingredients from our network of regional producers. Our own garden provides herbs, salad, and fruit. In addition to vacationers, we also regularly host conference guests.
