Your responsibilities:

  • Central point of contact for employees, management, customers, suppliers, external guests, etc.
  • Organization and coordination of the central secretariat, including mail processing
  • Office management
  • Invoice processing using SAP
  • Organization of customer and order data
  • Preparation and processing of data for invoices and purchase requests
  • Planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of administrative processes, including schedule management
  • Creation of presentations and analysis of data sets
  • Assisting with projects and special tasks
  • Operating the telephone switchboard, managing travel arrangements, and coordinating digital and inperson appointments

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training with several years of practical experience
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
  • Confident demeanor and professional communication skills
  • Structured, organized, reliable, and independent work style
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluent written and spoken German is required
  • Good knowledge of English, additional language skills are a plus
  • Positive attitude towards administrative tasks and modern office work
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Flexibility, commitment, and motivation
