Outcomes (Within First Six Months):


  • Perform maintenance and repairs on various water conservation systems and equipment.
  • Assist in the installation and testing of new technologies and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and skills across trades.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical competencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Support the Service Development Manager in evaluating equipment performance and recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of Phoenix Water Solutions by embodying the company's core values and commitment to excellence.

Job Description & Qualifications:


Responsibilities:


  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations related to water conservation systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and systems, employing problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions professionally.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through responsive and efficient service delivery.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related fields.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
