Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Entry of all bills and receipts in Quickbooks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure proper recordkeeping
  • Utilize QuickBooks to enter financial transactions and budget tracking
  • Supervise front desk activities and ensure excellent customer service
  • Work with customers and sales in supporting the sales process.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in phone etiquette and communication
  • Oversee office phone systems and troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Take on any other tasks needed.

Skills:


  • Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation
  • Experience with file organization and record management
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for entry of bills and invoices
  • Ability to manage front desk operations effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with office phone systems
  • Proven expertise in general office management.
  • Familiar with Office Suite.
  • Familiar with Hubspot is desired.
