Job Summary:
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Entry of all bills and receipts in Quickbooks.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure proper recordkeeping
- Utilize QuickBooks to enter financial transactions and budget tracking
- Supervise front desk activities and ensure excellent customer service
- Work with customers and sales in supporting the sales process.
- Demonstrate professionalism in phone etiquette and communication
- Oversee office phone systems and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Take on any other tasks needed.
Skills:
- Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation
- Experience with file organization and record management
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for entry of bills and invoices
- Ability to manage front desk operations effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office phone systems
- Proven expertise in general office management.
- Familiar with Office Suite.
- Familiar with Hubspot is desired.
