For our Quaker Neighborhood Center Daycare in Braunschweig, we are looking for a Group Leader for our nursery to start immediately.
Early Childhood Educator (m/f/d).
The Quaker Neighborhood Center Daycare is located near the city center of Braunschweig. We provide care for 110 children between the ages of 1-6 years in two nursery groups, two half-day kindergarten groups, one full-day kindergarten group, and one integration group. Our pedagogy is based on utilizing the opportunities offered by our neighborhood, such as visits to theaters, museums, and exhibitions.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently plan and organize daily activities through educational offerings within a core group as well as across groups
- Observe and document children's development and derive necessary actions
- Perform daily tasks, including caregiving
- Conduct parent meetings
