Dispatcher for our MediTransFair location in Bernkastel-Kues / Bad Bertrich, New Paris, IN.

MediTransFair is a subsidiary of the MEDIAN Group B.V. & Co. KG. As a transportation service, we handle all patient transports for our parent company and manage their planning.

In this role, you will proactively coordinate the schedules of our drivers and clients to ensure the safe arrival of our patients at their destination.

You are the key to the success of our transportation service, and thanks to your leadership, all areas work together seamlessly.

You are ready to take on responsibility, knowing that you can rely on your colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

Personnel planning and coordination of our drivers and clients
Active relationship management with your colleagues, clients, and facilities
Dispatching our own fleet using dispatch software and involving external partners
Reviewing invoices and negotiating contracts
Identifying and implementing optimizations
Monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of our fleet

You are:

Completed vocational training, regardless of the industry (e.g. passenger, freight, or package transport)
Preferred: experience in the taxi/car rental, medical transport, or bus industry (IHK certification)
Customer and serviceoriented, with excellent communication skills and enjoy talking on the phone
Organized, proactive, and able to handle stress
