Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the accounting department
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Manage the general ledger and ensure proper coding of transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decisionmaking processes
• Assist with the maintenance of accounting systems
• Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff
• Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial management software
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
