POSITION:
OFFICE SPECIALIST IN THE WOOD INDUSTRY (M/F/D)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General office organization and administration
  • Processing customer inquiries and orders
  • Communication with suppliers and craftsmen
  • Assisting the team with administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed training as an office clerk or similar qualification
  • Professional experience in an office setting, ideally in a wood industry company
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in German
