Project World Impact (PWI) has two parts to the company:1) PWI is a full-service Digital Marketing Agency that partners with nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

2) PWI helps nonprofits impact the world's most fundamental needs by providing them with tools designed to increase their funding, grow their visibility, and enhance their operations.


By joining PWI as a Marketing Specialist, you will be focused on a wide variety of marketing initiatives for PWI and for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

Google Ads:

  • Design and manage comprehensive Google Search Ads campaigns.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize Google Ad accounts for peak performance.
  • Implement Google Display and Shopping Ads as required.
  • Execute remarketing strategies to boost engagement and conversions.

SEO and Content Marketing Expertise:

  • Enhance organic reach with SEO best practices and the use of sophisticated SEO tools.
  • Craft compelling content strategies including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies to support inbound marketing efforts.

Social Media Ads & Organic Social Media Management:

  • Create and optimize paid advertising across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to strengthen online presence and promote organizational missions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
  • Implement Google Tag Manager for efficient tracking and insights.

Client Engagement:

  • Regularly consult with clients to refine strategies and enhance the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to meet client marketing needs.

Requirements:


  • Must be willing to work in our office located in Saint Charles, IL.
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced startup agency environment.
  • Be comfortable with taking extreme ownership of tasks from beginning to end.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Strong work ethic, hardworking. and willing to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with time management and project management tools.
  • Proficient technical expertise and experience with Google Suite tools.
  • Expert in digital advertising, analyzing, planning, and optimizing online campaigns.

Pay:
$50, $58,000.00 per year
