As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative to join their Sales Team.     Job Description:

    • As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
    • The Sales Development Representative will engage with prospects to educate them about the Company's solutions and value proposition.
    • The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation techniques.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
    • Eagerness to evolve into a full-cycle sales role, displaying a keen interest in sales techniques and strategies.
    • Possesses energy, enthusiasm, humor, and compassion, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
    • Prior sales experience in a SaaS/software enviroment is a PLUS.

    Location: Framingham, MA. This is a hybrid sales position where candidates are required to report to the office 2 days a week while allowing flexibility for remote work 3 days a week.

    Base Salary: $50,000

    Total Compensation: $70,000 — Uncapped commissions
