    We are currently hiring a Sales/Account Manager/Business Development Manager - FULL TIME to help develop new clients and manage our existing clients at Marlborough, MA.

    Sales/Account Manager/Business Development Manager

    We offer a competitive base salary, plus an uncapped commission structure . We are located west of Boston in Marlborough right off US 20 and 495.
    Job Duties:
    • Aggressively prospect new clients while expanding current business.
    • Follow up on marketing and web inquiries to identify key decision makers to secure new business.
    • Maintain Sales Database so as to effectively build your customer base.
    • Negotiates, prices, signs, and binds sales/service agreements with customers and clients within company guidelines
    • Review sales plans with management on a weekly basis.
    • Help deliver outbound email marketing with management.
    • Work with recruiting team to deliver candidates to your clientele.
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to multi-task and balance a high volume of outbound and inbound phone calls, email communications, and detailed database entries
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Work independently and as a team member
    • Must have good customer service and administrative organizational skills.
    • Experience with outbound email marketing.
    • Working knowledge of: desktop computers and Microsoft office products Excel, Word, MS Outlook etc.
    Education/Experience:
    • BS or - will accept experience in lieu of degree
    • Computer and CRM or ATS software applications desired
