- LPN starting at $25.50–$30.00 per hour based on experience
- RN starting at $29.00–$33.00 per hour based on experience
- Draw blood, monitor vital signs, give first aid, assess physical concerns, and make outside medical appointments as needed
- Process and review all medication refills and orders
- Pack medications and determine eligibility for self-administer medications
- Discuss and educate residents on their medications
- Assesses residents with physical health complaints, schedules appointments with external providers, and provides follow-up care
- Collects FBG, breathalyzer, and urine drug screens
- Maintain proper documentation of medications, appointments, and physical health concerns
- Provides crisis intervention and assists with hospitalization when necessary
- Communicates with an integrative Specialist regarding supplements, dietary concerns, and additional weight monitoring
- Completes required procedures and documentation for all changes with residents
- Previous psychiatric experience preferred.
- NC licensed as an LPN or RN
