Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the daily IT operations at R&D facility.
  • Take command and control of any IT operational crisis or critical incidents by influencing/escalating across service owners/providers to resolve any service interruptions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff on ITrelated issues.
  • Oversee network security measures to protect data and systems.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement solutions

Experience

  • 7+ years experience managing IT projects
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related
  • Strong knowledge of network security principles and practices
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Productive with limited direction and able to manage local and remote projects
  • Problem solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

$125, $150,000.00 per year
