- Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and optimize inventory.
- Ensure timely and within budget delivery of initiatives with desired outcomes.
- Develop and execute change management and project plans.
- Utilize Six Sigma DMAIC methodology for managing initiatives.
- Employ analytics to quantify value creation and support decision-making.
- Create compelling business cases to secure support and resources.
- Deliver executive-level project updates regularly.
- Challenge conventional thinking to drive business improvements.
- Educate stakeholders on new supply chain approaches.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience including demand planning, supply planning, or logistics.
- Experience in leading strategic initiatives and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Global and ERP environment experience preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering results.
- Supply Chain and Six Sigma expertise desired.
- Strong data analysis and partnership building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Experience with ADKAR Change Management and DDI certification preferred.

Job Description
Join the Supply Chain Center of Excellence & Analytics at Fortune Brands Innovations, where we drive Supply Chain process improvements. As the Supply Chain Project Manager reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Process Advancement, you will play a key role in implementing Demand Driven Planning using cutting-edge supply planning tools.
Location and Status:
This is a full-time hybrid position with in-office presence required 3 days per week and work from home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to office locations in Milwaukee/Oak Creek, WI, Toledo/Maumee, OH, or Cleveland/North Olmsted, OH.
