- Room Inventory Management: Monitor and manage room inventory across all room categories to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Reservation Management: Oversee the reservation system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Room Allocations: Coordinate room allocations based on reservation requirements, guest preferences, and hotel policies.
- Group Bookings: Handle group reservations and room blocks, ensuring proper allocation and coordination with sales and events teams.
- Inventory Forecasting: Utilize historical data and market trends to forecast room demand and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Rate Management: Work closely with revenue management to set and adjust room rates based on demand and market conditions.
- Guest Communication: Communicate effectively with guests regarding room availability, upgrades, and special requests.
- Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Reports and Analysis: Prepare and analyze room occupancy reports, revenue forecasts, and other relevant data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of reservations, room allocations, and billing information.
