    Job Overview

    Description

    We need a Licensed Psychologist to conduct medical assessments on U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

    In this role, you will examine behavioral health records electronically via a secure Web Portal and conduct thorough assessments in person on each Veteran.

    You will also fill out Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.

    The Licensed Psychologist DOES NOT determine disability. The U.S. Veterans Administration makes all disability decisions, partly based on the findings in the DBQs.

    This position SOLELY performs Disability Assessments on Veterans. You will NOT provide treatment or prescribe medication in this role.

    Licensed Psychologists will evaluate and assess an average of 3 (occasionally 4) Veterans daily.

    As a Licensed Psychologist, you will work as an Independent Contractor

    Schedule Mondays (8 am- 4 pm)

    This position requires IN-PERSON attendance.

    Requirements

    MRG Exams seeks a Licensed Psychologist who:

    • Holds a Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited institution/school.
    • Has an active & unrestricted Psychology license.
