Janitorial Operations Manager

Up to $55,000 based upon experience with a bonus potential of up to $5,000 annually.
Full-Time, Mercer County, NJ

Who We Need:

We are currently looking for Full Time Janitorial Operations Manager to join our growing team in Mercer County.

What We Need:

Janitorial Operations Manager must have 3 or more years of experience in Commercial building cleaning, carpet cleaning, and

tile floor care services

Responsible for managing the cost of services
Service current sites to conform to direct costs and budgets
Supervise staff and consumer workers
Maintain quality standards, customer standards, and retention goals
Demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication skills

What you need:

Bachelor Degree/ or High School Diploma with two years of supervising at least 10 people in a

production facility or in a janitorial business.

Valid Driver's License (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years).
Successfully pass background check, drug screen and physical.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, knowledge of internet)
