Description

Job Title: Engineering (Maintenance) Technician

Location: Woodinville, Washington 98072

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension or conversion)

Pay Rate: Up to $33/hr

Role Overview:

As an Engineering Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain, service, and troubleshoot various equipment, including dispensers, conveyor belts, printers, and box sealers. While your main focus will be on the Kugler filling line, you will also support other lines handling smaller vials and sealing tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled maintenance, service, and installations on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, focusing on both electronic and mechanical components.
Maintain detailed logs of equipment tests, operations, and maintenance activities.
Repair or replace faulty circuitry, electronics, or equipment parts to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
1-4 years of experience in maintenance or technical roles, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceuticals).
Strong mechanical service and repair skills.
Knowledge and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) are highly desirable.
Experience with automated production lines is a significant advantage.
Technical expertise in regulated manufacturing settings is a plus.
