- The ability to work multiple shifts each week (7AM-3PM, 10AM-6PM, 12PM-8PM, or 3PM-11PM).
- The ability to follow company policies (Show up on time for scheduled shift in proper uniform)
- The ability to learn and master the Property Management System (Opera)
- Along with learning the system would be to properly check in and check out guest, make reservations, cancel reservations, set up arrivals properly, ensure the guest billing is correct, and learn how to meet the guests request as it pertains to room type (or any other request).
- Ability to handle guest complaints
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to interact with co-workers and guest with ease'
