    Job Description

    The DOUBLETREE CONVENTION CENTER (Tanger Outlets) is seeking individuals to join our outstanding F&B Team as a line cook They must have the willingness to provide the best guest service.

    Our F&B often know the most about our guests. Their ability to communicate and understand a guest's needs, while ensuring that the cleanliness of their workspace and quality of food presented exceeds expectation, is what sets our hotel apart from the others. Our goal of the is to ensure every guest feels at home to help ensure loyalty and guest satisfaction.

    Essential Duties/ Responsibilities
    • Cook:
    • The Ability to show up for their scheduled shift in proper uniform
    • The Ability to understand the menu
    • The ability to understand how all the cooking equipment works
    • The ability to cook the menu items with the cooking equipment in the Kitchen
    • The ability to provide exceptional food in quality and service
    • The Ability to respect and work with Managers/Supervisors/Co-Workers
    • The Ability to adapt to changes (Menu, guest requests, etc)
