Duties:


  • Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and product selection
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and discounts
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic knowledge of retail math is required
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
