The Caritas Konstanz advocates for people. As the largest welfare association in the region, we advise, support, care for, and assist over 3,000 children and families, people with disabilities, impairments, or in social emergencies, as well as elderly people in need of care. We can only fulfill this responsibility with dedicated professionals. That's why we need you.

For our main office of the Caritas Association in Konstanz, we are looking for a 70% employee for central quality management and data protection (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • Ensuring and further developing the quality management system of Caritas Konstanz
  • Planning, conducting, and documenting internal quality audits as well as preparing and accompanying certification audits according to ISO 9001 and AZAV
  • Maintaining overarching leadership and support processes, as well as the associated documents
  • Analyzing processes, identifying improvement potentials, moderating quality circles, and project and working groups
  • Supporting and providing professional advice to departments and QMBs in the facilities
  • Being the contact person for all quality management questions, advising and training managers and internal auditors
  • Coordinating data protection topics and inquiries, scheduling appointments, and exchanging information with the data protection officer
