We are small, family owned and operated commerical roofing company located in Standish, Maine.

We are seeking commercial roofering technicians to join our team.

As a technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing EPDM, TPO and PVC membrane roofs on commercial buildings.

This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions. If you have experience in construction we encourage you to apply.


Duties:

• Install and repair roofs singleply membrane roofs on commercial buildings. Nearly all work is on flat roofs.
• Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
• Remove old roofing materials safely and dispose of them properly
• Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed
• Fabricate and install metal flashings around roof penetrations
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete roofing tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques related to roofing
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent handeye coordination and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
• Ability to climb ladders
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely

• 10 hour shift

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
